Rooibos Latte

There are sounds which we all love. I love the sound of silence that  fulfills every corner of my home during a rainy night. Then I sit by the window and gaze at the city that cradles itself into a quite dream, maybe some couple in love goes by strolling down rainy street enjoying  their own little cozy world. There where is always worm, where through the darkness a voice of Norah Jones  is slowly spreading with her song "Don't know why" and it brings back a spark of summer. A memory of summer where you can scent a smell of lavender and orange flower in African roibus tea that is the same color as it is a sun that is setting behind.

Recipe for rooibos latte

10gr of organic rooibos tea (or any aromatized rooibos tea)
60ml of water
1 dl of organic soy milk
50ml of creamer

Pour a water over rooibos tea and let it steam for 10 minutes, for more intensive scent. Then you need to strain the tea into a cup you will use (preferably a bigger glass mug) and then add creamer and mix it well. While that sets, you need to warm up a soy milk and a little bit of vanila extract if you like and add it to the mug. Continue mixing it very well until it is well combined and you get a little bit of foam at the top.

Until our next post and hope you will enjoy your sunny cup of tea
